Order Policy

1. Delivery time.
—Production and delivery to Bahrain take 2-4 months, depending on the selected model and fabric.
More exact dates are indicated in the product passport.
— The delivery date and time slot given are approximate and can be changed by cases out of our control. If your order is delayed, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible, however, we are unable to be responsible for consequential losses as a result.

2. Delivery and assembly or collection service.
— You'll be contacted approximately within 5-7 days before your order will be delivered, also we'll set the exact date and time of order assembly.
—After delivery to the warehouse, you have 7 days to receive the order.
—  If you won't be able to get the order at the scheduled, we'll be forced to charge a 5 bd. per day storage fee.
— If during delivery and assembly, wall mounting is required, CESS DESIGN DECORATION shall accept no responsibility for any damage to the relevant wall or adjoining property caused during mounting or in the future.
— Please check that your items are delivered and assembled correctly, and that your order is complete.—  Any claim regarding shortages, damaged or defective goods must be clearly stated on the proof of delivery notification form. Please ensure you thoroughly inspect your furniture before you sign the proof of delivery as we are unable to accept claims after our assemblers have left your premises.

3. Exchange / Returns
— The exchange or returns policy does not apply to items that have been ordered not from a stock collection. Based on the fact, that each client confirms his order before it will be forwarded to production, only the client is responsible for his order configuration.
— If the client wants to cancel an order, we will be forced to charge a deposit that has been paid at the time of contract signing.
— Items purchased from stock can be returned within 5 days if unused. The original receipt of purchase must be supplied otherwise exchanges or returns are not possible.
— In order to issue a refund of the product from stock, you must write an application where the reason will be indicated, the refund is made within 14 working days, depending on the payment method.


5. Warranty / Payment
— 2 years warranty on all products. Any item found damaged due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced to the same or equal value if not in the collection. We do not offer refunds.
— Amount paid for any service fee - non-refundable.

6. Other.
— Based of the fact each model is handcrafted, the dimensions of your sofa can vary by +/-5 cm.
— The product passport with all its technical characteristics is attached to this agreement, the client is obliged to check and approve by signing.
